HF Construction is a privately-owned contracting and project management company. We specialize in high-end home construction, hotels, and full island development. Our projects range from single-family homes to luxury hotel renovations and construction. Our range and construction abilities are amongst the best in the region.

​We have been in the construction industry for over 20 years. Our foundation and headquarters is based on the the island of San Salvador, Bahamas. Nonetheless we have many professionals and subcontractors throughout The Bahamas. We specialize in general contracting, project management, renovations, new construction and pre-construction. 

At HF Construction we pride ourselves in high end quality work as well as meeting and exceeding our clients needs within budget an a timely fashion. Our scope within the construction industry goes from residential buildings to commercial buildings including hotel construction. Our range of projects has been from $100,000 to $8 million in value. Over the years HF Construction has built a reputation that has allowed the company to strive. We've had the pleasure to work with not only locals but clients from around the world, as well as very reputable organizations such as:

Project Scheduling 
We work within our network and with our clients to provide proper planning from start to completion. Once we agree on acceptable timelines with our clients, we implement clear sequencing for each scope of work.
Value Engineering
For each project, our goal is to provide clients with affordable options at the best value for money. Through Value Engineering, we are able to offer alternative building solutions to reduce client costs.

Project Estimating
During the Conceptual Design Phase, our team works closely with project engineers and architect to assist with cost control.  We provide a comprehensive estimate of materials, labour and other related costs. 
Project Management 
Before construction, we meet with our clients to determine the goals and objectives for the project. We use this
 initial conversation with clients as a guide to take the project from dream to reality.
