Eleuthera Island Shores is located just south of Gregory Town on the northern part of Eleuthera. This area is more of a lush tropical paradise and it is close to Surfers Beach.
We offer inland lots and water view lots. Some of the water view lots have stunning views of the famous Surfers Beach, or you may choose a lush inland lot and make your own paradise.
Eleuthera Island Shores is close to Gregory Town for you to enjoy restaurants, shopping and the Bahamian lifestyle. There are 2 airports to make getting to your home more convenient. The North Eleuthera International Airport and Governor’s Harbour International Airport have daily flights from the United States and Nassau.

The North Eleuthera International airport and ferry dock to Harbour Island are approximately a 20-minute drive north in addition to the ferry to Spanish Wells.
